Raised in Lincolnshire, born in Grimsby, I think Maritime runs in the blood. Living in Bristol.
My work is inspired by nature & people, dreams, environment. Somewhere between the abstraction & the impression. In relation to what the painting means or represents I think the work is interpretation of the body, the artwork moves, breathes, talks. It’s a physical process, sometimes more so than others, but the practice is albeit, static on the board.
